Austin Gould joined the Three Girls team in 2019 when he moved from Illinois to Washington state to be with his significant other and her family. Austin holds a B.S. in Mass Media, and has a background in news media, radio and labor jobs which has helped develop his passion for his community.
Austin helped coordinate social media at WGLT, an NPR affiliated station, and in production at radio station WZND during his time at Illinois State University. Not one to shy away from hard work or a challenge, Austin worked two jobs while pursuing his college degree so he could support himself throughout the experience. He worked the 3rd shift (overnights) at FedEx Express at the airport, and while he made friends for life at the job, he is very happy to not work such grueling hours anymore.
