Omri Dekalo

Omri Dekalo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ubeya, the workforce management solution that empowers HR and Operations to optimize processes and internal communication in a work culture that revolves around flexibility. Prior to Ubeya, Omri worked with tech companies in different capacities for over a decade, including EY, Deloitte, Palantir and Proonto. Omri attributes his unique perspective and creative problem-solving skills to his years of experience as an Officer in the IDF’s leading Intelligence unit, 8200, and to his degree both in Accounting and in Computer Science. Since its founding in 2017, Ubeya’s solution has been adopted by companies around the world, empowering them to successfully overcome today’s workforce challenges.
