Donna Miller

Donna Miller, President & Founder of C3Workplace (formerly Above & Beyond, Inc.) with locations in Montclair & Sparta, NJ, is a business and community leader, speaker and entrepreneur who is passionate about seeing small businesses thrive.  After nearly 20 years of her own success, she helps focus that same passion and vision in others and helps them launch and grow their own businesses. She provides the tools that nurture growing businesses and helps owners navigate the challenges of time management, effective marketing, innovating, bookkeeping and managing growth, to name a few. 

Donna opened her Montclair location in 1994, after identifying a niche opportunity - shared office space and administrative support for entrepreneurs harnessing the power of business community and collaboration. Donna has inspired, coached and supported hundreds of business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders through her dedication to providing consistently superior service, creating win-win relationships between clients and colleagues, and going above and beyond the expectations of both her clients and staff.   She recently opened C3Workplace in Sparta as a second location to include the new coworking trend in officing.

Donna is the recipient of a number of awards including the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) Businesswoman of the Year Award and their Teal Heart Award.  She has been honored as the North Essex Chamber of Commerce (NECC) Outstanding Member, and has been named to NJ Monthly Magazine’s Top 25 Women Business Owners.  She is a sought after speaker and has presented at the NJ State Bar Association Annual Meeting, MetLife’s Women of Wealth, and Rutgers Women’s Entrepreneurial Breakfast program, as well as numerous NJAWBO events.  Her insights on Delegation have been published in the book, Big Bold Business Advice.

Currently, Donna serves as Advisory Board Chair of The Salvation Army in Montclair. She is also an active member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, current member & past Board Member of NJAWBO, and a current member of the North Essex Chamber of Commerce, where she is also past both Treasurer and Chairperson of Membership.
