The Story Behind Radiate
Radiate makes campfires portable.
According to their website, the wood-burning alternative’s “sleek and portable design provides you with 3-5 hours of non-toxic burn time.” It is made from recycled soy wax and paper briquettes and is waterproof.
A single portable campfire costs $24.99 while a four-pack costs $94.99.
Lori Greiner is worried that there’s only a six-hour burn time and Mark Cuban questions why a regular tin wouldn’t be used.
They explain that it’s all about convenience. Barbara Corcoran jumps in with an offer of $50,000 for 25 percent and wants the duo to accept is right away. After making an offer, she admits that she’s worried Brent would be “annoying” to work with.
Mark Cuban thinks the product is too heavy and lacks originality and goes out, followed by Greiner. Guest shark Rohan Oza likes their personality and offers $50,000 for 25 percent, the same offer as Corcoran.
Robert Herjavec also makes the same offer. He then updates his offer to $100,000 for 25 percent following a comment from Oza.
Ultimately, they accept Herjavec’s offer.
