Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have been fighting over custody of their twin sons, Max and Bob, for a long time. However, it seems they have finally decided to resolve their disagreements. Both have their struggles, but it looks like they’ve come to an agreement about their custody situation.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have both faced challenges with drugs and alcohol. Mueller has gone to rehab twenty times, while Sheen’s struggles have led him to miss out on valuable job opportunities. Sheen has helped Mueller out of tough situations multiple times, but lately, they have been arguing about their children.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller were due in court for today for their custody battle. She’d accused Sheen of being drunk while visiting with their kids and inflicting excessive corporal punishment on them. He’d accused her of trying to shake him down for some money. He called her alcohol claims ridiculous, saying that the twins were born into “the ultimate child abuse”, fetal alcohol syndrome.

Mueller also wanted to move out of California, but Sheen objected to the move. In their custody agreement, they agreed that she could move within a 50 mile radius of Sheen’s property. Sheen also noted that he is a good father to his daughters Sam and Lola with ex-wife Denise Richards, so that must mean that he’s not a bad father as a whole.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have settled their child custody issues today and have reached an out of court settlement with regard to the issues at hand. In 2013, the boys were given to Denise Richards to take care of temporarily while their parents got their act together. It was reported at the time that Mueller sought custody again so that she could continue receiving $55,000 per month in child support from the actor.
