A teen guy tried to use Twitter to convince his friend’s hot mom to accompany him to his school’s prom.

It’s not uncommon for teen boys, whose hormones are just kicking into high gear, to find themselves attracted to 1) a teacher or 2) a friend’s single mom.

Sadly, there have been many reports of teachers having sexual relationships with underage high school students. These stories are often covered critically by the media, but teenage boys may read them with a hint of envy, thinking about other boys their age “hooking up” with an attractive teacher.

One boy, Anthony Pinnisi, decided that it would be really cool if he could take his friend’s attractive mother to the prom. So, he started by texting his friend and asking him how many retweets he would need to convince his mom to accompany him to the school dance.

His text response: “1M”. That’s shorthand for 1 million.

Pinnisi is a negotiator, so he countered with 500,000.

His friend replied that he couldn’t do it.

His reply: “Challenge accepted”.

He posted a picture of the exchange that you can see above and asked people to “Help a dude out.”

Social media, being social media, helped the dude out. He received more than 73,000 retweets and was on his way to that magic number of 500,000 and a date with his friend’s hot mom.

But alas, the best laid plans of mice and dudes often go awry. He deleted the tweet.

What in the world could possibly lead him to delete that tweet when it looked like he was on his way to success? It was a request by the school administration.

You can see the confession below.

He let down everyone who cheered for him to win that date. However, he was wise to follow the rules of his school administration.

It’s difficult not to admire Pinnisi’s tenacity. It’s likely that he’ll land a great date for prom and have a wonderful time.
