Beyonce’s “7/11” music video released on Friday night. Though the video isn’t as high-budget or glamorous as some of her videos in the past, the pantless dancing has fans reeling.

The 33-year-old Queen B opens the video dancing on a hotel balcony. She’s pantless, wearing a sweatshirt and knee pads, and having a great time.

Scenes switch back and forth between Beyonce dancing on the balcony, her bathroom, and her bedroom. The dancing isn’t the professional level of “Single Ladies” or “Love On Top,” but it’s wild and fun. And that just may be why fans love it so much.

Beyonce’s “7/11” music video gained over 5 million views on YouTube after being posted for one day.

The positive response can be attributed to the fact that fans feel like they could be in the video with Queen B. She’s not performing trained choreography and wearing a fabulous outfit few can afford. She’s rocking out in her bedroom and bathroom, like anybody could, and her friends join her.

As this tweet points out, the video barely cost anything and anyone with an iPhone could have filmed something similar.

Beyonce’s new album comes out on Monday, so the low-budget video is meant to excite fans and boost sales. “Beyonce: Platinum Edition” will add a few songs to Beyonce’s 2013 album (including “7/11” and “Ring Off”).

Queen B ranked at number one on Forbes list of top-earning women in music for the second year in a row. For 2014, she earned an estimated $115 million.

Number two was Taylor Swift with an estimated $64 million.

Forbes based its estimation on income from record and merchandise sales, touring, endorsements, publishing, and other means, without reducing the calculation for management and/or attorney fees.

The superstar ranks number one because she knows how to please her fans. Beyonce’s “7/11” music video proves that her stardom is so great pleasing fans doesn’t even cost much.
