Rudy Giuliani warns Eric Holder to back off from the Ferguson case and not to proceed with plans to present a federal case against Officer Darren Wilson. The former New York Mayor, who is also a former prosecutor, declared that there is no probable cause for seeking an indictment.
Giuliani attributed racial overtones as the reason local prosecutors even took the case to a grand jury in the first place. Had it not been for the mainstream media that hyped the shooting, Darren Wilson wouldn’t even be under criminal investigation.
Rudy Giuliani took issue with the likes of Eric Holder and others of his ilk, such as Georgetown University lecturer Michael Eric Dyson, whom Giuliani had an intense debate with on MSNBC. When the ex-mayor blamed the incident on black urban culture, Dyson fired back and accused the former presidential candidate of being a beneficiary of a white supremacist society.

Giuliani reflected on his time as mayor and pointed out the alarming murder rate within the black community, which is eight times higher than any other ethnic group in the country. He went on to admit that there may be some biases by police officers when patrolling black neighborhoods, but that the suspicion is spurred by the cold truth that blacks simply commit more crimes than whites. He even said that he had to place extra patrol officers in the predominantly black city of Harlem during his time as mayor to quell the increased gang violence.
Several critics, though, fired back at Giuliani’s assessment, claiming that bringing up black-on-black crime is just a ruse to divert attention away from the real issue at hand, mainly racial profiling.
Rudy Giuliani and Eric Holder represent two very different views of the Ferguson shooting. The former believes such incidents occur due to the broken black culture and the prevalent lack of a two-parent household and disregard for education. Those in the Holder camp believe blacks are suffering due to oppression from an inherently racist institution that keeps the white man on a pedestal while keeping the black man down.

Federal prosecutors in the King case knocked that down when they made clear that the jury decision did not satisfy the federal requirement for the presentation of fair, unbiased evidence and witness testimony in a publicly charged trial. The same argument stands with the Ferguson grand jury. The gaping holes, inconsistencies, contradictions and omission in and of the testimony and evidence presented to the grand jury, as well as the dismissal of witness testimony that would have rebutted Wilson’s story, was ignored. This violated the fundamental precept of how a grand jury is supposed to function.
Even U.S. Supreme Court Antonin Scalia, the hardest of hard-nosed in defending absolute police power, noted that it is the grand jury’s function not “to enquire … upon what foundation [the charge may be] denied,” or otherwise to try the suspect’s defenses, but only to examine “upon what foundation [the charge] is made” by the prosecutor. Scalia made one more another crucial point that debunks any notion the Ferguson proceeding was fair. This was the four-hour guided testimony of Wilson. Scalia noted that “neither in this country nor in England has the suspect under investigation by the grand jury ever been thought to have a right to testify or to have exculpatory evidence presented. “

The very last thing blacks want to discuss is black on black crime. That’s their real problem, not white cops. Recently, New York City Mayor DiBlasio proposed putting all black cops in black areas. The politics of envy was on proud display a couple weeks ago when President Obama pledged the rest of his term to fighting “income inequality.” He noted that some people make more than other people, that some people have higher incomes than others, and he says that’s not just. The Democrats have not empowered their followers, they have enslaved them in a culture of dependence and entitlement, of victim-hood and anger instead of ability and hope. The president’s premise – that you reduce income inequality by debasing the successful–seeks to deny the successful the consequences of their choices and spare the unsuccessful the consequences of their choices. Because, by and large, income variations in society is a result of different choices leading to different consequences. Those who choose wisely and responsibly have a far greater likelihood of success, while those who choose foolishly and irresponsibly have a far greater likelihood of failure. Success and failure usually manifest themselves in personal and family income. You choose to drop out of high school or to skip college – and you are apt to have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with purposeful education. You have your children out of wedlock and life is apt to take one course; you have them within a marriage and life is apt to take another course. Most often in life our destination is determined by the course we take.
My doctor, for example, makes far more than I do. There is significant income inequality between us. Our lives have had an inequality of outcome, but, our lives also have had an in equality of effort. While my doctor went to college and then devoted his young adulthood to medical school and residency, I got a job in a restaurant. He made a choice, I made a choice, and our choices led us to different outcomes. His outcome pays a lot better than mine. Does that mean he cheated and Barack Obama needs to take away his wealth? No, it means we are both free men in a free society where free choices lead to different outcomes.
It is not inequality Barack Obama intends to take away, it is freedom. The freedom to succeed, and the freedom to fail. There is no true option for success if there is no true option for failure. The pursuit of happiness means a whole lot less when you face the punitive hand of government if your pursuit brings you more happiness than the other guy. Even if the other guy sat on his #$%$ and did nothing. Even if the other guy made a lifetime’s worth of asinine and short sighted decisions.
Barack Obama and the Democrats preach equality of outcome as a right, while completely ignoring inequality of effort.
The simple Law of the Harvest – as ye sow, so shall ye reap – is sometimes applied as, “The harder you work, the more you get.”
Obama would turn that upside down. Those who achieve are to be punished as enemies of society and those who fail are to be rewarded as wards of society. Entitlement will replace effort as the key to upward mobility in American society if Barack Obama gets his way. He seeks a lowest common denominator society in which the government besieges the successful and productive to foster equality through mediocrity. He and his party speak of two Americas, and their grip on power is based on using the votes of one to sap the productivity of the other. America is not divided by the differences in our incomes, it is divided by the differences in our efforts.
It is a false philosophy to say one man’s success comes about unavoidably as the result of another man’s victimization.
What Obama offered was not a solution, but a separatism. He fomented division and strife, pitted one set of Americans against another for his own political benefit. That’s what socialists offer. If there are 5 blacks per 100 people, everyone applauds how integrated the community is.
At 5-10% black there is an occasional spike in loudness, but it’s usually isolated and brief. People are usually too embarrassed to say anything, and it temporarily abates.
At 10-20% black, these problems rise dramatically. People occasionally hear loud hip-hop music from a passing vehicle, usually later & later at night, as an outgoing signal of rising ‘blackness’ in the community.

Holder is notably the most partisan AG to have ever served in the Department of Justice. And while Wilson was exonerated, Holder says that doesn’t let him off the hook yet. Apparently it doesn’t matter to Holder that the testimony of 60 individuals over the course of a three month trial proved Wilson was innocent of wrong doing. As far as Holder is concerned, there’s got to be a RACE angle to exploit. Shortly after the decision Holder stated that Wilson may still face civil rights charges… coming straight from the Obama administration. But don’t for one second think Holder is acting independently. This is all planned and you will see more riots in the streets, guaranteed. But this time they won’t just stay in Ferguson.

What Does ‘Black-On-Black Crime’ Have to Do With Ferguson?
The answer to the question posed in this post’s title is nothing. Absolutely nothing. Not one thing. Nada. Zip. Zero.
The “Black-on-Black crime” moniker is racist rhetoric functioning under the guise of concern for the state of Black America. People of all races — Blacks included — seemingly love to discuss how not killing our own and being more respectable will alleviate the effects of racism.
It’s dangerous, however, to tell Black people to dress better, work harder or be respectable because it diverts attention from the gaze of the oppressor to the behavior of the disenfranchised. It showcases how deep anti-blackness runs within our society. This highly misinformed line of thinking negates the complex historical implications surrounding a white cop killing an unarmed Black teenager.
Authority has a long history of not respecting Black people so why some folks think becoming more respectable will solve anything is confusing. Our respect means nothing to those who see no value in Black life. They don’t care for or want our respect — they want our compliance. They want our submission.
“Black-on-Black crime” highlights the fear surrounding Black masculinity, the lack of Black femininity, and perceived inherent Black criminality. And, when Black people are shamed for committing the same crimes at almost the same rates as whites, it illustrates how much the white supremacist gaze has been internalized.
The term, which originated in the 1980s, cites Black people as a problem as opposed to poverty, poor educational opportunities, proximity and other factors that lead to increased crime rates within all communities — regardless of color.
But racial exclusivity is apparent in the majority of violent crimes. Around 91 percent of Black victims are murdered by Black offenders while 83 percent of white victims are killed by another white person, based on the most recent FBI homicide statistics.
The “Black-on-Black” crime argument alludes that there’s nothing normal about Black intraracial crime. “White-on-white” violence is simply called crime. Why is Black intraracial violence depicted as some rare Pokémon in crime discussions when it is only slightly more prevalent?
Flawed white perception is not assuaged is these talks — Black behavior is, instead, attacked. This places Black folk in a “Catch 22.” No matter how “respectable” we are or become, as long as our skin is Black we will never amount to white standards though we are expected to be a reflection of them.
Respectability will never be a solution because the issue isn’t us; it’s how white America views blackness.
Mike Brown’s death, and the subsequent lack of justice, isn’t about the myth of “Black-on-Black crime.” It’s about how Blacks are disproportionately, and often unjustly, targeted by law enforcement. It’s about how systemic racism frames the way in which Black people, especially men, are viewed. It’s about how Black corpses are criminalized and put on trial but their white killers often go unindicted.
The circumstances surrounding Mike Brown’s death represent a much larger racially oppressive government and police structure that excuses white killers but refuses to humanize black victims due to the inherent guilt attributed to black people and blackness.
And when you tell Black people to be more respectable and not kill one another, you’re identifying us as savage brutes who deserve to be gunned down due to this assumed lack of humanity.
The protests in Ferguson do not show the supposed intrinsic animalistic nature of Black people. They showcase a community — and reflect a nation of people — tired of constantly being at the mercy of a justice system that sees no value in their livelihood.
Ferguson is illustrating what happens when people are fed up with being targeted. Ferguson is spearheading a movement. Stop detracting from that with baseless “Black-on-Black crime” discussions.

Ok, why don’t we just take color out of what happened in Ferguson for a minute. A couple of lawless thugs high on weed strong arm rob a local business. Next they lawlessly stroll down the middle of a busy street because they are lawless. When approached by a officer of the law who’s job it is to protect society from lawlessness arrives at the scene and asks the party in question to get out of the middle of the street a scuffle ensues and escalates into a struggle for the officers weapon. The officers job is to society from such lawlessness and instead of hiding in his cruiser until help arrived as some have said, the officer did his job. All the evidence points to the fact that if the officer had allowed the subject who had refused to obey commands to get on the ground to charge him and overpower him then more innocent lives may have been lost. The officer did his job by protecting innocent people in the area and using his right to protect himself while doing so. You see not one word of race needed to be said to report what happened that fateful day back in August. I contend that it was solely the actions of one lawless individual that led to his own demise totally regardless of his race.

Now here is a police department who for over 40+ years ran a department that was totally corrupt to the core.It was full of white police officers who on a daily basis found ways to create revenue by illegally giving out tickets,locking people up ,hanging people in their cells. I have voted as a Democrat for the last 20 years. I voted for Obama in the past 2 presidential elections.
However, after the way Obama and Holder have blamed only the police for the problems in Ferguson, as well as the proposed amnesty for 5 million illegal aliens, I think I may vote Republican for the first time. Leave Darren Wilson alone and stop blaming the police for criminals running the streets!!!
