The South by Southwest Interactive festival wrapped up in Austin, Tx., last night with the Interactive Awards ceremony, held each year to recognize standout achievement in digital content on the Web and beyond. In addition to the categories listed on the SXSWi website, special honors were also handed out for categories like the People’s Choice, Digital Campaign of the Year, and Best of Show. The ceremony, held at the Hilton Austin, was emceed by comedian Chris Hardwick. Adding to the entertainment were The Gregory Brothers of Auto-Tune the News. They performed a live version of their “Bed Intruder Song,” as well as a new song reportedly entitled “Winning – A Song About Charlie Sheen.”
