Contribute To 100 Voices Of women In Business Celebrating 100 Years Of International Women’s Day

Did you know that International Women’s Day has been observed since in the early 1900′s, and than the 8 March is the marks the centenary of International Women’s Day first being celebrated in Austria, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland?

Across the globe, thousands of events are held to inspire women and celebrate achievements.

In this digitally networked and connected world I wondered how we could celebrate and add value to other women in business and have come up with the idea of collecting the wisdom of women in business in bite sized messages – up to 140 characters in total.

My vision is to invite and collate the tips and advice from women in business across the globe and this will then be produced into a document that will be freely available for people to access on the 8 March 2011.

So if you are a women in business, I’d like to invite you to share your best advice in an answer of just 140 characters or less – you can complete the form below and I will collate the best tips that are submitted into the document to be shared. Your contribution will be recognised in the document.

Please submit your ideas by close of business Wednesday 2 March 2011 so that I have time to collate your guidance.

You will receive notification when the document is ready by email.

I know this is a very short deadline but I am hoping we can achieve this together and leave a meaningful document for women (our daughters, nieces, grand daughters) to use to inspire them in their business careers in the years ahead.
