Thanks so much for the info! A lot of my clients don’t use Skype, they’re a bit behind the times :) I use a company called RecordiaPro to save my calls. The quality is great and the customer service was very nice with an easy set up. Might want to add them to your arsenal. http://www.RecordiaPro.com
Thanks for the comment. In the video, I do mention the option of dialing a regular phone number via Skype. The other party does not have to run Skype.
