I’ve seen a lot of tech come and go. I’ve also seen a bunch stay only to get better and better.

Enter HubSpot. I was an earlier adopter of HubSpot. Years ago I wouldn’t have been able to fathom the product it has turned into today.

So…are you using HubSpot’s CRM? It is completely Free – forever. AND you don’t need to be a HubSpot customer to use it.

It’s easy to setup and most people can get it going without any help.

It is suited for small businesses that don’t have large dispersed sales forces. It is the perfect tool for any business owner that is also wearing the sales hat.

IIt really starts to shine when a sales team takes hold of it.

Lately I have been consulting with sales teams in small and large organizations. I help them define sales processes and map them to the HubSpot CRM to improve their sales efficiency.

Businesses are using this free tech in innovative ways. One company I work with is using the CRM to centralize their sales teams around the globe from 5 regions and 5 different websites into one CRM and one standard sales process. And a higher education client of mine has 15 members of their team using it during the pre-enrollment process.

How could you be leveraging this free tool?

I will be launching a new training series soon – Power Prospecting with the HubSpot CRM. In it I will be sharing all my tips and tricks that I teach my clients. I will announce early access to it so stay tuned.

In the meantime have you tried Sidekick’s new meeting tool? It is very cool. I recently traded in YouCanBook.Me for Sidekick. It looks better, it’s easier to setup, and it allows you to create custom length appointment slots to share.
