There are plenty of blog posts, articles, wikis, and other things out there that define success or help you discover your definition of success. This isn’t one of them. I’m going to assume you already have done that due diligence, move past the what and jump right into the how. Whether you’re a business, a professional, or a single parent, we all want to be successful at something. Many folks view success as this tenuous existence somewhere just out of reach. It’s something watched that other people have, but most people seem to spend more time seeking it than enjoying it. All this is completely unnecessary if you understand what it takes to make success something very real in your world.
Over the next 2 weeks I’m going to do a blog series that is dedicated to implementing exactly what it takes to create a culture of success. The entire series is premised on the idea that success is not based on attainment, but rather development. Success isn’t something tangible we attain at one point. It is how we develop ourselves that lends us to experience success regularly. If success is a destination and we are constantly moving, there is an implication that we can only experience success for the time we spend at that destination. Then we have to move on and let someone else enjoy the success destination goodness. This in an absolute farce and the reason many of us don’t get to enjoy the experience of success.
