Google is betting that its new social network will give FB a run for its money but they aren’t being too social. Google isn’t sharing invites with just everyone yet. They launched their latest and greatest product a few weeks back to a limited audience for a field trial. Access to the project is by invitation only and those users were given 15 invitations a piece. It’s the equivalent of being the coolest kid in High School and getting the first invitation to the big dance. Hold on there is a waiting list for all those geeks waiting their turn. https://services.google.com/fb/forms/googleplus/ Just submit your first name and email and you will be notified as soon as Google+ opens up to the masses. Google mentioned that they are still working out some of the bugs before they go live.
