Today I’m going to share three software applications that will help kick up your social media. Let’s hope that these three get your week off to a great start.
Software applications or apps provide significant advantages to social media marketers, whether on their computers or while traveling. Although posting straight to a social media site like Twitter has its perks, using an app can enhance Twitter’s capabilities and help a social media marketer stay organized, schedule content before it goes live, find the best hashtags for a post, and much more!
Here are my top three apps that you can use to kick up your social media. Let me know in the comments how they work out.
Manage Your Social Networks with Buffer App
Buffer is one of the many apps for managing social media. It’s one of my top picks because it’s linked with Twitter. I can handle influencer relations on the platform and click the Buffer icon on Twitter to schedule tweets or engage right away. The app also features a simple publishing scheduler that lets me see which content was most popular and reshare it with new text.
Edit Your Images with Adobe Photoshop Express
All image editing apps are not created equal. Though, I’ve gravitated to the Photoshop Express app because of how it lets me edit images for particular social networks. The app also looks and feels like my Adobe Photoshop MacBook app. It’s easy to use and has a host of solid features.
Create Mini Videos with Boomerang
While this app is hardly new, it is a video style that continues to emerge across brands once in a while. I would even go far enough to say that if you haven’t done a Boomerang in a social campaign, you haven’t completed the rite of passage as a social media marketer. For those of you not in the know, the app quickly captures a bunch of photos and turns them into a mini video on constant replay, forward and backward. Boomerang from Instagram is available today on Android and on iOS.
Hope this kicks up your social media. Tell me in the comments.
