Do you know what your customers want?

What they REALLY want?

One of the most important things you can do with your online social presence is monitor what your customers, and potential customers, are saying to find out what they want and need. If you aren’t monitoring, and not finding the answers, you might be trying to sell them, or offer them, all the wrong things.

Two recent studies give us a general idea of what social media users want, and that’s the topic of this week’s video. I’ll include links and images from the two studies after the video. Enjoy!

The first study I mention in the video is Why Americans Use Social Media from the Pew Internet and American Life Project.

The second study I mention in the video, about why people follow brands is from the Get Satisfaction blog.
