A common conversation I hear is people self identifying in two camps. One, people person camp = I am about being social , personable, helpful, WOM, networking etc… Two, data & math = I love seeing the numbers tell the story, I follow the data, ROI.
Now, how many times have you heard these contrasting statements? I am about the quality not the numbers. There is value in data and it’s analysis to make better choices. I do not let numbers dictate my decisions, I am a people person, people first.
When did it have to be about either or? What happened to both – together? What about seeing the value they each bring to the table?
