One curious Adélie penguin is taking the “I would like to science” meme to a whole new level. The Department of the Environment’s Australian Antarctic Division shared a video on Wednesday showing an inquisitive penguin checking up on the researchers—and the adorable moment has since gone viral.

In the video, taken by Australian Antarctic Division communications specialist Matthew McKay, the penguin jumps into the researchers’ boat and takes a quick look around before leaping back into the icy waters. “When a #penguin drops in to check on your work,” the video’s caption reads with the incredibly fitting hashtag #justanotherdayattheoffice. The viral video has been viewed more than 400,000 times and liked by over 13,000 people.

According to the Antarctic Division’s Twitter, the Adélie penguin wasn’t the only visitor that day. The “expeditioners were out collecting water samples for a research project,” they explained in a tweet. “Over the course of the day they were delighted to have eight curious penguins drop in to check out their work!” How’s that for an awesome work day?
