Tensions are running high as the guys wait for the next group date card. They are hoping that Nick does not get a one-on-one. The group date goes to Justin, Jared, Ian, Chris, Tanner, Joe, JJ, Ben Z, Joshua and Nick. The guys are worried that Nick will take some of their precious time away from Kaitlyn.

Back at Ben H. and Kaitlyn’s country date, they discuss a previous relationship of his and talk through if he’s ready. He gets a rose tells her that he feels really lucky. Aww, Ben is bringing the love.

On the group date, Kaitlyn is serenaded with some mariachi music, written by the bachelors after being met by one sassy 12 year old. The sing off is made even better with the guys wearing charro suits and busting out the beats. Nick completely serenades Kaitlyn on a balcony, clearly angering some of the guys.

Continuing on with the group date, Kaitlyn and the guys travel to a Western ranch. Joshua takes his opportunity to redeem himself and prove to Kaitlyn that he trusts her.

He allows her to shave and cut his hair while wearing a blindfold, which doesn’t work out too well because she leaves him with a mini bald spot.

Nick takes his personal time as a make out session and discusses the tension between him and the others. Joshua calls him out, complete with his “guy intuition,” and questions why Nick is there.

Nick explains that he is happy that Josh Murray “showed up” during Andi Dorfman’s season because then he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to get to know Kaitlyn. Then he kind of just babbles.

Joshua talks to Kaitlyn about how he has “bad vibes” about Nick and how he keeps discussing Andi and the dates they went on last season. He tells her that no one likes Nick, which does not sit well with her since that means everyone has been lying to her. Basically, he stuck his foot in his mouth.

She decides to call out the issue to everyone, which creates more problems and more lies about lying. Joshua’s plan totally backfired and awkwardness ensues. He kind of begins unraveling when the guys won’t admit their feelings and the guys then turn on Joshua.

The group-date rose is given to Nick, given her “trusting her heart,” which does not lighten the mood at all.

Did you like Joshua’s little “trust exercise”?
