First into the tank is pro bodybuilder Stan Efferding of The Kooler, seeking $50,000 for 15 percent equity.
The Kooler is a “cooler within a cooler” that holds pre, during and post-workout drinks in one icy container. The outer cooler holds one gallon, according to their website while the remaining space is taken up by shaker bottles, which each hold 23 ounces. The Kooler is available in six colors, including green, orange and pink, and costs $32.95. A Kooler 2.0, which includes a keychain holder and pill pockets is currently available for pre-order.
The sharks can see the product’s practicality, but Efferding indicates how hard it can be to get people to understand what the product is. Kevin O’Leary is impressed with his background but sees it as too niche and goes out, followed by Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner for believing the product is too sports-oriented.
Robert Herjavec thinks he has the opposite problem, believing it needs to be more hardcore and goes out. Daymond John is intrigued, however, and offers $50,000 for 33.3 percent, which he accepts.

#sharktank How are fancy foam playmats any less "niche" than a multi-purpose cooler? As a single woman, I know lots who'd want that cooler

#SharkTank Surprised he got the Kooler deal. How exactly is that cooler diff from others? Just the shape & size?

Each week on “Shark Tank,” budding entrepreneurs have the opportunity to pitch their emerging business to six multi-millionaire and billionaire investors, known as sharks: Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks; Daymond John, fashion mogul and founder of FUBU; Kevin O’Leary, self-proclaimed Mr. Wonderful and founder of O’Leary Financial Group; Barbara Corcoran, real estate maven; Lori Greiner, queen of QVC; and Robert Herjavec, technology guru and founder/CEO of the Herjavec Group. Venture capitalist Chris Sacca is also slated to appear as a guest shark this season.
“Shark Tank,” which is based on “Dragons’ Den,” is produced by Mark Burnett and first debuted in 2009. To date, the sharks have invested more than $87 million in various companies after engaging in numerous bidding wars and shark fights. A new episode airs each Friday at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Absolutely would great idea for athletes and anyone who trains. Looks better than carrying a couple of bottles around with you that get warm in you’re bag.
I watched this item on Shark Tank Friday night. Love it!! Ordered the blue (Dallas Cowboy Fan). I will love this for the beach!!
Yes it’s good for taking to the pool I would use one cup for juices for the kids n in the other cup I would put cup up fruit. My daughter n son in law would used it for the gym they always make power shakes n like you said they get warm by the time they get to drink it.
I think it is awesome and NOT a niche product. I am a 57 year old woman and am sick of not having a decent cooler for my drinks. I am out of doors all day. This solves a multitude of problems!
I want one!!!!
