The winner of the Tony for Best Featured Actor in a Play is Reed Birney for “The Humans.”

He has had a long career in theatre, dating back to the ’70s and has appeared in works such as “Gemini,” “An Imaginary Life,” “The Exact Center of the Universe” and “Stuff Happens.”

Previous winners in this category have included Christian Borle for “Peter and the Starcatcher,” Eddie Redmayne for “Red” and Frank Langella for “Fortune’s Fool.”
