Lamar Odom Won’t Sign Divorce Papers With Khloe Kardashian

The Lamar Odom – Khloe Kardashian divorce drama seems to drone on and on, as now Odom refuses to sign the divorce papers. The divorce papers were filed over ten months ago.

Not only has Odom, 34, not responded to Kardashian’s divorce papers, he has seemingly disappeared.  Nobody has seen or heard from him in several weeks.  “He needs to sign papers and he won’t,” a source says. “He disappears here and there, and she can’t find him. She just wants to move on.”

Kardashian can now enter a Request to Enter a Default, meaning she could get the divorce filed without Odom’s participation.  On the other hand, she can file a Request for Dismissal, meaning the divorce would be thrown out altogether.

Odom and Kardashian married back in 2009 after dating only a month.  Odom was, at the time, a member of the Los Angeles Lakers.  After being traded to the Dallas Mavericks, Odom hit the skids and fell into a downward spiral of depression and alleged drug abuse.  Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce last year, in December, after four years of marriage.

In a July episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe alleged that Odom cheated on her.  “F**k your ring, you were wearing it when you were fu*king someone too,” she said.  “Let me tell you something — last year on my birthday, I lied to everyone, because I had to lie and say I was with my husband, when in fact my husband was missing with another girl, OK?  And I lied, and I gave up my Beyonce tickets to Kendall, that’s how badly I was hiding. And I didn’t have a birthday, I was alone, and lied to everyone.”

Lamar Odom is currently not with an NBA team and, as mentioned before, has not been seen or heard from in several weeks.
