Jon Stewart says “F**k you and all your false patriotism!” to Fox’s Eric Bolling, for the coverage on the ‘Latte Salute’. Stewart is not happy with the way the media has been handling the coverage on President Obama’s gesture, specifically the right-wing Fox News.

Bolling says Obama’s ‘Latte Salute’ is disrespectful to the troops, and Stewart calls Bolling a hypocrite.

“When George W. Bush took us to war, any criticism was shouted down as treasonous,” Stewart says in disgust with Fox. “But a president you don’t like has the country poised on the same precipice and no transgression, no matter how immaterial and ridiculous, is too small to cite as evidence that this president isn’t as American as you are.”

Stewart goes on to further back up his claims that his target is a hypocrite. Bolling said Obama should respect the troops, then in the same news segment, he goes on to make a misogynistic statement about Major Mariam Al Mansourihat, the first female pilot of the United Arab Emirates.

Jon Stewart also calls out Karl Rove for saying Obama is, “a chai-swillin’, golf-playin’, basketball trash-talkin’, leadin’-from-behind, I-got-no-strategy, Osama-bin-Laden-is-dead, GM-is-alive, community-organizin’ commander-in-chief.”

Bolling and Fox keep asking the question, “Would Bush give the troops a ‘Latte Salute’?” Stewart answers their question with a picture of Bush and a dog.

Stewart continues his verbal assault on Eric Bolling and Fox saying, “Here we’ve got two presidents, both sending the United States to war citing the same legal authorities.”

“Both without any seeming exit strategy and both holding s**t in their hands while saluting our troops. But in their diseased minds, only one did that because he loved America. The other did it because he hated it,” says Stewart about Fox’s coverage.
