Duck Dynasty’s patriarch Phil Robertson loves the United States, God, and his children. What he doesn’t love, and for good reason, is the terrorist group known as ISIS.

In a recent interview the reality TV star made no qualms about his want to either convert or kill all members of the radical Islamist group.

Speaking without a censor during his Fox News interview, the Duck Dynasty star explained to Sean Hannity how he would fight ISIS.

“In this case,” Mr. Robertson said, “you either have to convert them, which I think would be next to impossible. I’m not giving up on them, but I’m just saying either convert them or kill them. One or the other.”

Noting that the United States pulled out of Iraq, Robertson says ISIS “can’t blame us” for their problems.

As is most often the case, Phil Robertson then turned his attention towards god and the bible. “I’d rather have a Bible study with all of them and show them the error of their ways and point them to Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of having your sins removed and being raised from the dead… I would rater preach the gospel of Jesus to them, however, if it’s a gun fight and a gun fight alone — if that’s what they’re looking for — me personally, I’m prepared for either one.”

Robertson has never shied away from his deeply held religious roots, and as is often the case with the TV star, his remarks have led to his name once again trending on Yahoo, Google, and other search engines.

Phil Robertson is no stranger to hateful rhetoric himself, over the last year several sermons he has given have surfaced on YouTube. Here is one sermon in which Robertson spews absolute hate towards the gay community.

It’s nice to know that Robertson would defend America with his life, but it seems because of his actions that it is only “his” America that he wants to defends.
