Closing out Cirque du Soleil night are James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess, performing a quickstep inspired by the Broadway show PARAMOUR.
Bruno Tonioli describes it as a Broadway show-stopper, likening it to “The Artist” and even comparing their chemistry to that of Ginger and Fred. Carrie Ann Inaba praises him for bringing the show’s magic to life but points out his mistake, noting he managed it like a pro. Julianne Hough suggests he could switch careers and perform on Broadway. Their entertaining performance scores 28, the second-highest score of the night, just behind Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy’s perfect score.

The glitz and glamor of Cirque du Soleil takes over the ballroom tonight in a special performance episode. Couples will perform dances inspired by various Cirque du Soleil shows, including The Beatles LOVE, Michael Jackson ONE, PARAMOUR, “O,” Mystère, KURIOS — Cabinet of Curiosities, Zumanity, KÀ, and La Nouba. Troupe members and professional Cirque du Soleil performers, aerialists and acrobats will accompany the artistically-infused dances. Two couples will be sent home in tomorrow night’s results show, which will also include performances from DNCE, the male pros and a special number from Derek Hough.
