Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson dance next, performing a tango to “Whatever It Takes” by Imagine Dragons. Muniz experiences his first injury of the competition, which has caused a lot of pain in his back.
Bruno Tonioli likens him to a “missile hitting the mark.” He praises him for not missing a single step, which is impressive given the quick tempo of the song. Carrie Ann Inaba describes it as clean and powerful, noting that they make a “dynamic” pair. Len Goodman remarks that the dance was too aggressive but still considers it a solid effort overall. They receive a score of 23 out of 30.
