Closing out the first round are Drew Scott and Emma Slater, dancing a Charleston to “Remains of the Day” by Danny Elfman from Tim Burton’s “The Corpse Bride.”

Bruno Tonioli calls it “bonkers” and “fun,” while Carrie Ann Inaba praises Scott’s quirkiness and energy. Len Goodman calls it fun and joyous. The judges agree that the dance was definitely an improvement from last week. They score a 27 out of 30.

Things are getting creepy and kooky in the ballroom as the eight remaining couples celebrate “Halloween Night.” On Monday, the stars will dance a paso doble, jive, Charleston, tango, Viennese waltz or contemporary routine to capture the spirit of the scariest night of the year. Couples will also participate in team dances, lead by captains Drew Scott and Terrell Owens. An elimination will occur at the end of the night. Drew Scott and Emma Slater are currently at the bottom of the leaderboard with 30 out of 40 points. At the top of the leaderboard are Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas, who earned a perfect score for their sci-fi Argentine tango during “A Night at the Movies.”
