The next couple to take the dance floor for Vegas night is Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess, dancing a Charleston to “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” by Fergie and GoonRock and Q-Tip.

Bruno Tonioli says the moves needed to be a bit sharper, adding that he missed timing a few times. Carrie Ann Inaba agrees with Bruno and says he continues to grow. Len Goodman says it needed a bit more freedom, adding that it may have been a little safe. Julianne Hough encourages him to have more character and performance in his dances, admitting that this was not one of his best. They score a 24.

According to ABC, in a little over a year, Bolton has gone from bull rider to fashion model. “He had been leading the PBR’s 2016 season opener when he landed on his head when dismounting the bull. He splintered his C-2 vertebra, was temporarily paralyzed and given a one percent chance to walk again. Following spinal fusion surgery and during his remarkable recovery, IMG Models signed the cowboy from west Texas for global representation, and he’s been featured in major photo shoots and ad campaigns.”

Now in its 24th season, “Dancing with the Stars” is hosted by Tom Bergeron and sports broadcaster Erin Andrews. The judging panel is composed of ballroom experts Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli. Their scores, along with America’s votes, determine who gets to stay and who is sent home each week as couples vie for the coveted Mirrorball trophy.

The current contestants include Olympic gold medalist gymnast Simone Biles with partner Sasha Farber, Fifth Harmony’s Normani Kordei with Val Chmerkovskiy and this season’s Bachelor Nick Viall with new mom Peta Murgatroyd. Other stars who will be competing include Heather Morris, Bonner Bolton, David Ross, Mr. T, Erika Jayne, Rashad Jennings, Nancy Kerrigan and Charo.

“Dancing with the Stars” airs every Monday night at 8 p.m. on ABC.
