The next couple to perform is Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess, dancing an Argentine tango to “Believer” by Imagine Dragons.
Bruno Tonioli says the interpretation with the steps was not quite there. Carrie Ann Inaba praises Sharna’s choice of song, explaining that they have all become believers of Bonner. She adds that they need to improve their connection. Len Goodman calls it stiff and says he took it a bit too far when taking his frustrations out on his partner. Julianne Hough encourages him to use his frustration and put it into the movement. They score a 30.

According to ABC, in a little over a year, Bolton has gone from bull rider to fashion model. “He had been leading the PBR’s 2016 season opener when he landed on his head when dismounting the bull. He splintered his C-2 vertebra, was temporarily paralyzed and given a one percent chance to walk again. Following spinal fusion surgery and during his remarkable recovery, IMG Models signed the cowboy from west Texas for global representation, and he’s been featured in major photo shoots and ad campaigns.”
Now in its 24th season, “Dancing with the Stars” is hosted by Tom Bergeron and sports broadcaster Erin Andrews. The judging panel is composed of ballroom experts Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli. Their scores, along with America’s votes, determine who gets to stay and who is sent home each week as couples vie for the coveted Mirrorball trophy.
The remaining contestants include Simone Biles with Sasha Farber, Normani Kordei with Val Chmerkovskiy, Bonner Bolton with Sharna Burgess, David Ross with Lindsay Arnold and Rashad Jennings with Emma Slater.
“Dancing with the Stars” airs every Monday night at 8 p.m. on ABC.
