‘The Bachelor’ Season 19 Week 7 – Kaitlyn’s Hometown Date Takes Chris To Phoenix, Jade Tells The Truth

The next date brings Chris to reunite with Kaitlyn in Phoenix, Arizona. Kaitlyn’s plans include writing a rap song, much like the country song group date with Big & Rich. They even record their song in a studio, complete with some amazingly-horrible lyrics.

At the family meeting, Kaitlyn’s mom pulls her aside to discuss her feelings with Chris. “I heart him,” she says. The date quickly comes to an end, without any personal time being shown with Chris talking to other family members. She takes him to a billboard, which reads Kaitlyn Loves Chris.

Gering, Nebraska is the last of the hometown dates, taking Chris to meet Jade’s family. She is feeling anxious about telling Chris that she posed for Playboy and hopes to unleash the truth before her family does.

Chris talks with Jade’s dad about his feelings towards her and hints at a “wild” side. Her brother calls her a “wild mustang.” Jade’s dad tells her to trust her heart. So basically, tell the truth, right?

Jade finally decides to tell Chris about how she posed for Playboy after moving to LA. “If you want, I could show you some of those photos if you want to,” she says. The entire time they are looking at the photos, Chris is basically fighting back a smile until he just loses it in all his giggly glory. She also reveals that there was a video as well.

He says that he’s totally shocked. But he tells her that it doesn’t change how he feels about her. ‘Cause he “saw her out of her shell.” He decides to not let her past affect how he feels about her, despite the conservative town of Arlington and how people may react.

Jade does not get a rose and gets sent off with a tearful goodbye.
