Alan DraperDoge has now invaded the SEO world, as a new Doge themed SEO service was just spotted on the internet marketing forum Black Hat World. The service appears to be a mass link service and the service features a theme based around the cryptocurrency Dogecoin. While it is a SEO service designed for diversity and labeled as “mass links” it appears they are riding the dogecoin theme hard, from the graphics all the way down to the language used in the sales pitch.
Clever marketing, indeed!
This is just further proof that the whole “Doge” concept is being embraced by the online community. Free dogecoins are even given as a bonus to those that order the service, and you guessed it, they even accept dogecoins as a form of payment. It will be interesting to see what happens in regards to growth for dogecoin as we continue throughout 2014. With bitcoin falling it was a slight black eye for the cryptocurrency world, but dogecoin has such a loyal following that support and promote it well. With that kind of support, backing, and drive it may surprise some people in the long run.
You know you have made it to the big time when a SEO service launches based around your product. It will be interesting to see how the SEO world reacts to this, as well as the legions of dogecoin supporters and backers. Well, after Matt Cutts recent video stating links are still the number one indicator for their rankings, the doge may have been unleashed at the right time.
The only question that remains is how long it will take for this to show up on the dogecoin reddit page?
