This is while other team members focus on the “nuts and bolts” of bringing that vision to life. The roles of VP of Sales Enablement and Chief Enablement Officer are both especially suitable for large organizations, where it may be more difficult to achieve executive alignment compared to smaller businesses.

3. Director of Sales Enablement

No matter how large or small your business is, the Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for managing your sales enablement program. He makes sure it operates across multiple departments, and within budget. 4. Sales Enablement Manager
