By organizing everything in one place, Project Bubble lets teams easily manage projects by dragging and dropping items to re-prioritize and checking off items that have been completed.

Once added to Project Bubble, team members can collaborate, update tasks, track the time invested, and add related files to the interface for other team members to view. Tasks can also be assigned to specific team members within the app, with other team members able to see which colleague is taking care of each item. The calendar lets employees schedule and view milestones to ensure projects stay on course. Using the reporting feature, businesses can quickly pinpoint problems and make adjustments.

The Basics: What Does It Look Like?
At first login, the user is invited to create his first project. To add a project, click on the Add Project button in the upper-right corner.
Here the user will be able to name and describe the project, choose a client or add a new one, provide a start and end date for the project, and add team members to the project.
Once your project has been added, it will show up on your dashboard. To add a task to that project, click on the Tasks button under the project name.
There are three ways to add a new task on this screen. Click on Add Task, choose the “click here” link on the task list, or hit the “A” key on the keyboard.
Adding a task is similar to the process of adding a project.
You can add subtasks to those tasks or upload files to the project, as well.
Project Bubble provides several how-to videos and tutorials to help new users get started. For those questions that aren’t addressed in a tutorial, an email contact form can request one-on-one help.
For up to five users, Project Bubble is completely free for an unlimited period of time. There are limited user roles with this version, however, and emails sent from the app will be branded with the Project Bubble logo. More robust versions of the software start at $25 per month, with $5 for each additional user.
