Project Bubble Review – An easy-to-use project management app with a simple, clean interface and a free starting plan

The process of managing a project can be complicated, especially for larger projects that involve multiple people working together over the course of many weeks or months. Many of the available project management solutions only handle part of the job, requiring professionals to coordinate calendars, emails, timelines, and project documents using separate software tools.

Project Bubble brings multiple aspects of managing projects into one, easy-to-use web-based interface. This Project Bubble review will examine how the app can simplify the process of managing projects.

Project Bubble Review – About the Company

Founded in 2009, Project Bubble is used for thousands of projects around the world. Users include Kawasaki, University of Southern California, Liverpool Football Club, the American Bible Society, and many others. By organizing everything in one place, Project Bubble lets teams easily manage projects by dragging and dropping items to re-prioritize and checking off items that have been completed.

Main Functionality of Project Bubble

Once added to Project Bubble, team members can collaborate, update tasks, track the time invested, and add related files to the interface for other team members to view. Tasks can also be assigned to specific team members within the app, with other team members able to see which colleague is taking care of each item. The calendar lets employees schedule and view milestones to ensure projects stay on course. Using the reporting feature, businesses can quickly pinpoint problems and make adjustments.

Benefits of Using Project Bubble

One of the best things about Project Bubble is its easy-to-use interface. Not only is the app intuitive, users are walked through the beginning steps with helpful comments and arrows. Using traffic light indicators, users can easily mark statuses to give all team members an at-a-glance view of which items are the highest priority at all times.

Tasks and subtasks can be delegated to various team members to easily manage every aspect of a project. With reporting, supervisors and project managers can provide attractive reports to management to show due dates, statuses of all projects, and which milestones are rapidly approaching.

The Basics: What Does It Look Like?

At first login, the user is invited to create his first project. To add a project, click on the Add Project button in the upper-right corner.

Creating a project

Here the user will be able to name and describe the project, choose a client or add a new one, provide a start and end date for the project, and add team members to the project.

Add Project settings window

Once your project has been added, it will show up on your dashboard. To add a task to that project, click on the Tasks button under the project name.

Adding a task to a project

There are three ways to add a new task on this screen. Click on Add Task, choose the “click here” link on the task list, or hit the “A” key on the keyboard.

Adding a task is similar to the process of adding a project.

You can add subtasks to those tasks or upload files to the project, as well.

Support Information

Project Bubble provides several how-to videos and tutorials to help new users get started. For those questions that aren’t addressed in a tutorial, an email contact form can request one-on-one help.

Pricing Information

For up to five users, Project Bubble is completely free for an unlimited period of time. There are limited user roles with this version, however, and emails sent from the app will be branded with the Project Bubble logo. More robust versions of the software start at $25 per month, with $5 for each additional user.

Project Bubble Review – The Bottom Line

Project Bubble is an easy-to-use app with a simple, clean interface. Its free starting cost puts it above many other project management solutions on the market today.
