Mobile

Mobile is big and only getting bigger as more and more people turn to their smartphones for information, entertainment and shopping!

  • 80% of marketers are investing in a mobile app, up from 49% in 2011.
  • 4 of 5 marketers are using mobile optimized websites and mobile advertising.

Email Marketing

While email marketing sometimes gets a bad rap, it can be very successful when implemented properly.

  • 96% of those who used email marketing during the 2011 holidays reported having a successful campaign.
  • Retailers use email to inform customers of deals and persuade them to visit the store.

When your email provides value to the customer you won’t appear spammy. But definitely watch out for sending too many emails in a short timeframe.

Social Media

Social media use continues to grow among small and medium-sized businesses.
