According to latest Infographic by Invesp on Online consumer shopping habits and behavior, more than 62% of US consumers with internet connection shop at least once a month and around 83% of shoppers are satisfied with their overall online shopping experience. 80% of surveyed consumers are more likely to purchase a product when offered free shipping. 64% of consumers are more likely to purchase when offered free returns and exchanges. 36% of online shoppers surveyed claimed that they spend time to find out site with lowest prices whereas 78% of online shoppers did not look the product in store before buying it.
