Marketers in Middle East has started understanding the importance of online advertising. According to latest infographic released by GO-Gulf , Digtal ad spending in Middle East is growing at staggering rate of 37% and is estimated to reach $1 billion by 2017.

The total advertising spend in Middle East accounts for 8-10% of global online Ad spend.
UAE and Saudi Arabia are the biggest online spenders in Arabic world and accounts for 47.1% and 33.3% of total online Ad spend in Middle East. Both countries on average spend $31.40 ( UAE) and $7.80 ( Saudi Arabia) in online ads per internet user.
Banking and Finance industry spends the highest (11.4%) followed by Real Estate (11.2%), Automotive (10.0%) , Telecom services (5.8%) , Education (4.8%) and Leisure & Entertainment (4.4%)
