How Working Out Creates A Better You

For those of you who know me, I love to work out. Working out is not only a great way to stay fit and give yourself energy for the rest of the day, it is also a great way to create a better you. By better you I am not just talking about your body, I am referring to your body, mind, soul, and spirit.

Today I want to spend some time telling you why working how creates a better you and what exercises you should be doing. I am not going to tell you to buy an expensive gym membership and try to bench press 250 pounds. If you want to do that, then great but I have another plan for you.

How Working Out Creates A Better You

Working out creates a better you by sending oxygen throughout your entire body. What this does is it improves your motor functions, it also improves your memory, and last but not least it improves your verbal communication skills. All of this is essential to everyday life and that I why I am going to tell you about the exercises that you need to be doing every single day right when you get up in the morning.

Exercises You Need To Do Daily

Push-ups – Push-ups are a great exercise for anybody to be doing. The reason I like push-ups is because they work your chest, biceps, triceps, and abdominals. If you want to be in good shape, then just doing push-ups is a great way to get there. As far as how this will create a better you, push-ups involve the chest which is one of the largest muscles in the human body and because of that you will get the most amount of oxygen pumped throughout your entire body. Just know that push-ups can be difficult at first and because of this I suggest that you try to do modified ones first until you are able to do full-fledged push-ups.

Squats – One of my favorite exercises are squats. I love to do these early on in the morning so that I know my legs are working properly. As a parent with a newborn, I can’t afford to have my legs give out on me and because of that I am always putting them to work. Your legs are the most important part of your body because they help you move from one place to another so don’t neglect them like so many people do.

Jumping Jacks – Are you looking for a way to get some energy in the morning, in the middle of the day, or even at night? If so, then jumping jacks are what you need to be doing. The best part about jumping jacks is that they are easy to do, they don’t take very long, they help you burn some calories, and best of all everybody knows how to do them.

These are the three exercises that I highly recommend you do on a daily basis. The benefit of doing all three of these exercises is that they will give you a good boost of energy in the morning as well as help keep you healthy. Whether you go to the gym and workout already or not doesn’t really matter, I am trying to create a better you, so it doesn’t matter where you currently are at.

Just do yourself a favor and make sure that you are taking the time out of everyday in order to improve upon yourself. Now, if you are already doing this then please tell me and the other readers how much it has affected your life.
