With two of the most anticipated energy IPOs out of the way, another one has been filed! Southcross Energy Partners filed last week to raise $230 mn at IPO. The company is backed by Charlebank Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Southcross Energy Partners – like Midstates Petroleum and SandRidge Mississippian Trust II – plans to list on NYSE, where it will trade under the symbol SXE. The lead underwriters are Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities.
