Semiconductor company Edwards Group, which manufactures vacuum products for chips, filed for a $150 mn IPO. It plans to list on NASDAQ and trade under the symbol EVAC. The lead underwriters are Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.

Previously, the UK-company had filed for a London IPO but withdrew it in March 2011. Its owners include private equity firms CCMP Capital and Unitas Capital Investors.
