The IPO calendar is already getting full! A dozen companies are set to go public this week, representing a number of sectors. Let’s take a closer look:

1. Audience IPO

This mobile device chip maker is looking for $79 mn in fresh capital by selling 5.3 mn shares for $14 to $16 each. Venture capital firms set to benefit include New Enterprise Associates, which will have a 22 percent stake after the Audience IPO, Tallwood Venture Capital (24 percent post-IPO stake) and Vulcan Capital (18 percent post-IPO stake). None of the venture capital firms is selling stock in the IPO.

Mid-point valuation: $338 mn

2. WageWorks IPO

Look for this SaaS company to raise $72 mn by selling 6.5 mn shares priced $10 to $12 each.

3. Loyalty Alliance Enterprise

This mobile direct marketing and customer loyalty service provider is aiming for a capital raise of $66 mn by selling 5.1 mn shares priced $12 to $14 each.

Mid-point valuation: $195 mn

4. TIM w.e.

Mobile marketing company TIM w.e. is getting set to raise $75 mn by selling 13.7 mn shares for between $5 and $6 mn each.

Mid-point valuation: $340 mn

5. Community Choice Financial

This financial services IPO is expected to raise around $149 mn in fresh capital through an offer of 10.7 mn shares priced $13 to $15 each.

Mid-point valuation: $261 mn

6. Customers Bancorp

This eastern Pennsylvania community bank is looking to raise $100 mn by selling 7.1 mn shares for $13 to $15 each.

Mid-point valuation: $226 mn

7. Western Asset Management Capital Corporation

This REIT is getting ready to raise $160 mn in an offer of 8 mn shares priced at $20 each.
