Entourage has a dedicated fan base, and is ready to ignite their biggest fans with the first teaser trailer for the upcoming film. The film has been in limbo for a long time after the show’s conclusion in 2010, and will finally be released in the summer of 2015.

The show lasted for eight seasons, and aired from 2004 until 2011 on HBO. It followed Vincent Chase, portrayed by Adrian Grenier, and his “entourage” of pals hoping to create a successful career for him as an actor in Hollywood.

In addition to Grenier, the show’s ensemble cast included Jeremy Piven as his agent Ari Gold, Kevin Dillon as his brother Johnny Chase, Kevin Connolly as his manager, Eric, and Jerry Ferrara as his driver, Turtle.

Aside from his agent, the main characters all came from New York together, and with the hopes of making it big, Vincent Chase’s career certainly went up and down over the course of the show.

Entourage star Adrian Grenier did all he could to pump up the fans with a tweet yesterday, and then debuting the poster for Vincent Chase’s new film on his Instagram prior to the release of the trailer.

The feature film, simply called Entourage, is set to feature Chase in the production of another film, and according to Grenier’s post, it will be called Hyde. As the trailer for the film suggests, his upcoming film will be from the producers of Medellin and Aquaman, two of Vincent Chase’s biggest roles from the show.

The show was known for its inclusion of celebrity cameos throughout the series, and the film will be no different with Billy Bob Thorton, Haley Joel Osment, and Gary Busey already added to the cast. Supporting cast members such as Debi Mazar (Shauna), Constance Zimmer (Dana), Rex Lee (Lloyd), and Emmanuelle Chriqui (Sloan) will all be returning for the film as well.

Mark Wahlberg, after serving as a producer of the series, and appearing in a handful of episodes, will also be a producer of the film.

The Entourage movie had an uncertain future for years, but the date has now been set for June 5th, 2015. The creator of the series, Doug Ellin, has written and directed the film.
