Elizabeth Olsen and Boyd Holbrook have broken off their engagement, and become the latest celebrity couple to call it quits. The couple had been in a relationship for the past 3 years.

The two actors met while filming the 2012 film Very Good Girls, and although many people probably did not see the film, a relationship began between the film’s costars.

The news of the broken engagement between the young couple comes just days after Elizabeth Olsen was seen shoppoing at a farmer’s market in Los Angeles without her wedding ring, and Holbrook was also flirting with someone else at a Golden Globes party.

Elizabeth Olsen and Boyd Holbrook were engaged in March of 2014, but it has now been confirmed that their relationship is over. Her engagement was announced shortly after her sister Mary-Kate, and she is engaged to Olivier Sarkozy, while Ashley Olsen is dating Bennett Miller, director of the recent film Foxcatcher.

She has been seen in several films in recent years, and the youngest Olsen is set to appear in Avengers 2: Age Of Ultron next. She got her start in the 2011 indie film Martha, Marcy, May, Marlene, and has since appeared in Kill Your Darlings, Peace, Love and Misunderstanding, and more.

While he is not as well known, her ex-fiance Boyd Holbrook has been in major films such as Milk, The Host and Out Of The Furnace, as well as the recent hit Gone Girl.

Elizabeth Olsen has had the most success in the film industry, but she may still be known to some as the younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley, who rose to fame as babies in Full House.

Elizabeth Olsen and Boyd Holbrook had said they were excited about planning the wedding, but had been waiting on Mary-Kate to set a date, saying that the older sister goes first. It may be good that she waited since the relationship did not work out in the end, and now the young star is single again.
