Charlie Sheen’s funeral is a long way off, but the Anger Management star has fears about the event. Most of all, he worries that despite his many accomplishments and out of all of whom he’s offered help, no one will show up to his funeral when the time comes.
Sheen recently suffered a cancer scare that has left him terrified about his inevitable end. He revealed in a new interview, “As soon as I was told I may have the Big C my mind flashed forward. First, I pictured a scene where my kids were around my hospital bedside as I lay there dying. That kind of spooks the hell out of you, emotionally. I didn’t think about what treatment I might have or what pain I might be in or anything like that. I took it right to the end in my mind and wondered who would be at my funeral, mourning my passing. The whole thing was absolutely terrifying.”
Charlie Sheen’s funeral was depicted in an episode of Two And A Half Men, but the actor isn’t ready for the episode to become real. He revealed that he plans on taking better care of himself in the future. He said that his diagnosis turned out to be acid reflux, something that gave him and his girlfriend a lot of relief. He said, “My girlfriend at that time was with me and we both fell into each other’s arms crying. I’m going to be more diligent about getting regular checkups. This was a wake-up call and I’m not ready yet for the big, dramatic ending I imagined.”
Sheen’s funeral won’t be happening anytime soon, but he should consider laying low and taking it easy. In the past, Sheen has lost one job due to his bizarre behavior and has allegedly threatened one man’s life. It would be good to see Sheen settling down some and living a much healthier life. What do you think?
