They’ll be duking it out on the big screen when ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ hits theaters, but Batman defeats Superman in the footage for the unreleased ‘Justice League’ fighting game.
It was supposed to be the DC Comics fighting game, after ‘Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe’ and before ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’, but it got cancelled.
The ‘Justice League’ game footage has never been seen until now, and Batman beats Superman in a clash between the two famous DC icons.
You can watch their brawl below.
Double Helix was the developer of the ‘Justice League’ game, which would have been an Xbox 360 and PS3 title linked to a DC film that was also scrapped.
Double Helix went on to bring ‘Killer Instinct’ back from the dead, and we got our DC fighting game in the form of ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’.
The combat in the footage where Batman slaps Superman around lasts about 90 seconds, and it looks like a cross between ‘Anarchy Reigns’ and ‘Mortal Kombat’, where the presentation of it looks like a beat em up/brawling game.
Batman defeats Superman in the ‘Justice League’ video game that was cancelled, but which caped crusader do you think will win when ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ comes out?
