The good thing is now Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) has started to finally form a higher-low and higher-high on the price charts, this reflects that the bulls may temporarily be back in control again.
LUNC is now trading back above the 20-day moving average on the daily time frame which also suggests that the bullish momentum is not yet lost and we could see the inception of a new uptrend quite soon.

It seems that the 26th September presented a very strong buying opportunity as the price of LUNC on the 4-hour time frame reached lows of $0.000179 and below 30 on the relative strength index, indicating it had been oversold where buyers flooded in.

Terra Luna Classic is now starting to print another bearish looking candle and could close in the red. The bearish scenario would be losing the support trendline of the ascending channel and potentially seeing a swing-low down to $0.000241 price levels.
Though it may not be the most likely scenario and also depends on the trajectory of Bitcoin, it is always worth noting the bearish scenario as the crypto markets still remain volatile during crypto winter.
