Apple Pay Now Accepted at Crypto.com - How to Buy Tokens

The Crypto.com exchange is boosting user experience after recently announcing that it will allow users to buy cryptocurrencies quickly and securely through Apple Pay. Apple Pay is an easy and secure payment method that can now be used on Crypto.com to buy cryptocurrencies.

Crypto.com accepts Apple Pay

Exchanges have been looking for easier ways for their users to deposit funds. Crypto.com now wants its users to deposit funds easily and conveniently using Apple Pay. This service will be available through the Crypto.com app.

This new service will include the ongoing debit and credit fees charged on the protocol. The trading limits for cryptocurrency purchases will also apply. Apple Pay is a feature on iOS devices that facilitates easy payments for iPhone users.

Cryptoassets are a highly volatile unregulated investment product. Your capital is at risk.

Crypto.com users using iPhones must first link a credit card or debit card to the Apple Wallet on iPhone. After linking their bank account to the Apple Wallet, users can now use Apple Pay to promote quick and secure crypto purchases on the exchange’s app. After the purchase, a user can see the updated balances on their crypto wallets. They will also view the transaction history on the app.

This new feature will only be available to users based in the US, but it will not include the residents of New York. The exchange is also planning to extend this feature to other countries gradually. Those who want to use the feature need to have a US-issued credit and debit card that Apple Pay accepts.

Major move for the exchange

The move will notably impact the crypto market as Crypto.com is one of the largest social trading platforms in the crypto space. The exchange has over 200 million users globally, and this partnership represents a massive potential for the market and online merchants that want to attract cryptocurrency users.

Crypto.com ranks as one of the top five largest exchanges in the market by spot trading volumes. Besides this recent move, Crypto.com also promotes seamless USD transactions by partnering with Circle and Silvergate.

Last month, Crypto.com partnered with Shopify, an ecommerce giant based in Canada. The move was to allow global merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments and allow the over 2 million merchants on the ecommerce platform to expand their reach and make their products accessible for those paying in crypto.
