They are all good and worth reading. Content Marketing Case Study However, the reason I wanted to share this is because it is actually a case study of great content marketing. Brian Clark at Copyblogger, one of the blogs I read and tweet regularly, and you should to, served up a big pile of his own dog food and lapped it up with a spoon. Yum. (Not really sure what that means, but just go with it, okay?) Reimagining Old Content In New Ways Almost a year before the infographic was created Brian had Danny Iny of Firepole Marketing as a guest blogger. Danny wrote 21 Ways to Create Compelling Content When You Don’t Have a Clue. Now, what Brian did was go back to that older post and turn it into an infographic, and add a 22nd idea about exactly what they did: Recycle good content. Think Bigger This is a stellar example of thinking bigger. Looking at your content and recreating it in interesting new formats. You could call it repurposing, but I wouldn’t. Let’s just call it reenvisioning. Is that worse? Probably, but I kind of hate repurposing as a word. It just makes me think of copy and paste content marketing. Yuck! Spinning Digital Assets Into Gold Take a read, but really take away the big lesson here: think how can you slice your own digital content up and turn it in to tasty morsels.
