Individuals can also reach out to recruiters for assistance in their job search. However, it’s up to you to create a resume that stands out and makes you an appealing candidate for the job. So, how can you polish your resume to attract recruiters?

1. Exemplify your strengths

Make your resume serve you well. Recruiters usually look for important skills and qualifications, along with relevant education or training. Build a solid list of core skills that reflect your strengths and what you can offer for the job you want. Include metrics to back up your achievements. Adding numbers, whether in dollars or percentages, to your successes can make them clearer and more impressive. This helps recruiters quickly understand the impact you made and better evaluate your skills and qualifications.

2. Target the type of position you want

Think about what type of job you would like and are qualified for. Tailor your resume to these types of openings so that you stand out among the competition.
