TechTuesday-Why-You-Should-Use-Highrise-HQ

With my book Think #Digital First now available to purchase, I want to take the time to talk in more depth about each tool I have endorsed in my book and why they are so important for a modern day entrepreneur. I have already written about many tools, including Google Docs, Freelancer, Feedly, Soovle, Alltop, Social Mention and Google Alerts. Here is another tool you should consider using for your business: Highrise HQ.

Highrise is a CRM that allows you to keep track of all your important conversations, people and tasks that are crucial for your business. You have the ability to share contacts with team members, attach files to each piece of data, add tags so that you can easily find each client and set tasks so you don’t forget to make that important phone call.

I have teamed up with Shaz who runs the YouTube Channel Good Person to Know, which focuses on sharing knowledge and expertise from industry experts to explain in just over four minutes, how to use Highrise HQ. See video below:

Here are three reasons why you should be using Highrise HQ for your business;

1. KEEPING ON TOP OF CLIENTS

As I have briefly mentioned above, you can set tasks and alerts which will be sent to you via email, telling you when you need to contact a specific client and what you need to discuss with them. I know I have found this extremely useful, as I have a long list of important tasks that need completing on a daily basis.

2. ORGANISATION & COLLABORATION

Being able to store all of your clients, organised by certain tags is crucial for staying organised. Don’t forget that you can share your client details with team members.

3. HUB OF INFORMATION

Highrise gives you a lot of options around information you want stored. The usual includes name, address, telephone number and email. You can also integrate with Mailchimp and download all of your contact information so that you have everything you need.

Stay tuned for next week’s #TechTuesday where I will talk about another favourite tool of mine that will help you grow your business.
