Hi, I’m Denyse Drummond-Dunn. I founded C3Centricity because I saw too many organisations struggling to put their Customers, Consumers, Clients (C3) First.  

I've over 30 years experience in senior executive roles with Nestlé, Gillette, and Philip Morris International, and today provide strategic counsel to the executive teams of billion-dollar global brands.

Recently voted a top 5 blogger on Digital Marketing and Customer Loyalty, I regularly write on my own site C3Centricity.com and get invited to guest blog on many others.
